With Expert Consulting we mean at Consulting Clinical Diagnostics (CCD) the possibility for clients such as biotech and market research companies to consult CCD, especially when such expertise and knowledge is insufficiently present within the client's company.
At CCD we gladly share our experience and knowledge as pertaining to the current in vitro diagnostics market. Subjects can relate to new guidelines, emerging biomarkers, the meaning of recent publications, and so on.

At CCD we separate expert consulting in three main areas.

refers to interviews on the phone or personal face-to-face meetings between CCD and the client.
Business consulting can support projects and decisions in the area of business development, can verify marketing strategies, support product management, or discuss general market issues (e.g. new IVD-regulation), and so on.
Prior to any further involvement with CCD, a phone call will ensure the client that the subject is covered by experience and know-how within CCD.

refers to the long-term support of clients in certain project teams, often stretching over days, weeks or even months.
Often, this type of collaboration includes additional scientific support provided by CCD, such as the creation of collateral or providing trainings.

Prior to any detailed discussions, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be set in place between CCD and the client.

refers to the value of key opinion leaders (KOLs), e.g. external scientific or clinical experts, in various roles to the client. Typical examples of such roles are member of a medical advisory board, scientific consulting, speaker or moderator at scientific events, investigator in clinical studies, etc.
In a mediating role CCD, with its large network in many areas of clinical and scientific expertise, can help the client in identifying and contacting KOLs.
